Can two Fiverr accounts be used simultaneously on a single mobile application?

I currently have two Fiverr accounts, one for selling and the other for buying, and I would like to switch between them using the Fiverr app on my iPhone. However, I am concerned about violating Fiverr's Terms of Service, as it is not allowed to use multiple accounts for one user. Does anyone who has dealt with a similar situation have any advice on the safest way or method to switch between my accounts without getting into trouble with Fiverr?
