As far as I know, you can only cloak the landing pages, not the actual ads themselves.
If you want to run ads with deepfakes, Facebook likely won't approve them. One workaround could be to use whitehat images or videos for the ads. Then, when your target audience clicks on the ad, they'll be directed to a cloaked landing page that includes the deepfake content.
Alternatively, you could try cloaking the ad creatives themselves. This means Facebook employees would see regular images, but your target audience would see the deepfake creatives. However, I'm not sure if this is possible.

Cloaking on Facebook typically entails disguising the true content of the website that users will be directed to after clicking an ad. Reviewers and verifiers will see a compliant page that adheres to Facebook's advertising policies, whereas regular users will encounter the actual ads. Therefore, if you are advertising BH products, cloaking techniques are recommended.

There are various methods to cloak your links. For instance, you can direct users with certain operating systems to a landing page while others are routed to your main website.
