I am contemplating a shift from advertising on platforms like TikTok or Facebook Ads to using Google Ads. I would like to understand the major differences between these platforms. Additionally, if I invest the same amount of money that I would typically allocate to TikTok Ads, can I reasonably expect to generate sales from the very first day on Google Ads, or would that be an unrealistic expectation?

The primary distinction lies in Facebook Ads harboring animosity towards humanity, aiming to cause distress in your life, while the other two platforms prioritize profit-making objectives.

Certainly! The question is whether Google Ads can generate immediate profits or if it usually requires a longer learning period to achieve financial gains.

The primary contrast lies in the target audience for each platform. Google Ads caters to a diverse audience, while Facebook Ads predominantly attract older users these days. As for TikTok, it mainly appeals to millennials. However, it's essential to note that all these audience segments can be effectively reached by tailoring promotions accordingly.

The primary distinction lies in Google Ads, where your ads are displayed to people actively seeking your product (given the proper setup). In contrast, platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and similar ones rely on targeting users based on their interests, expecting them to interact with your ad while browsing.

The best answer is this: TikTok and Facebook ads cater to a broader audience, whereas Google ads target a more specific audience that is actively seeking your product or service. To illustrate, if you were to promote casino offers on each platform, the results would vary significantly. Facebook might have a lower cost-per-click (CPC), but these ads may not reach people who are genuinely interested in casinos. On the other hand, Google ads might have a higher CPC, but they are displayed to people actively looking for a casino at that very moment.

It's important to note that setting up a campaign on Google ads can be considerably more challenging, especially for beginners, particularly when dealing with casino-related content. In contrast, Facebook and TikTok are much more forgiving for newcomers. With Google ads, you need to master a plethora of skills, well beyond running the ads, such as creating high-quality threshold accounts and implementing cloaking techniques, among many others. In contrast, Facebook may not even require cloaking, depending on the nature of the offer.

All of them are profitable, but it's essential to grasp their setup and adopt a suitable approach for configuring them correctly.

The most effective approach is to acquire a spy application, gather keywords from competitors, and use this data to create cost-effective or even budget-friendly campaign settings that maximize profits.

Best of luck in your endeavors.

Keep in mind that using keywords and settings will lead to a successful and profitable campaign.

Good luck!

PS: My method is straightforward and transparent, solely aimed at maximizing profits.

Here are the primary distinctions between advertising on Google Ads and TikTok or Facebook Ads:

  1. Target audience: While Google Ads enables precise targeting through search keywords, TikTok and Facebook Ads focus on demographic, interest, and behavior-based targeting of users.
  2. Ad format: Google Ads mainly employ text and display ads, whereas TikTok and Facebook Ads offer a diverse range of formats, including video, image, carousel, and Stories.
  3. Cost: Advertising on Google Ads may have a highly variable cost per click (CPC) due to competition, keywords, and industry, whereas TikTok and Facebook Ads generally come with a lower CPC.
  4. Ad placement: Google Ads can be seen on Google's search results pages and partner websites, while TikTok and Facebook Ads appear directly on the respective platforms.
It's important to acknowledge that expecting immediate sales from any advertising platform, including Google Ads, is unrealistic. The success of advertising campaigns hinges on multiple factors such as the target audience, ad format, ad placement, budget, and landing page experience. Consistently investing in and optimizing campaigns over time can lead to improved results.

Google Ads operates both search and display ads, whereas Facebook Ads serves as a platform for paid social campaigns on the Facebook platform. Google Ads enables reaching out to customers with a high likelihood of making a purchase. On the other hand, Facebook Ads excels in connecting with customers at the upper end of the sales funnel, making it ideal for building brand awareness and promoting products.
