I’ve tried a few places to run pop-up ads:
One had really low pay, another was a little better, and one gave me a set amount but made my traffic drop for some reason.

Are there any other good sites for showing pop-up ads that I should try?

I just made an account here to warn you all about HilltopAds. We spent $460 on a test campaign and only got 7 registrations, which means we paid over $64 per registration. Usually, with other networks, our CPA is less than $5. The manager assigned to us at Hilltop (Roman) never replied, and their support team didn’t respond to our emails either.
 
If you're looking for a trusted and well-known pop-up ad network, Popads and PoPCash are definitely worth considering.

If you want better CPMs than Exo, PopAds, and Clickadu, there’s a strong pop ads network that works really well for sites with lots of visitors. They focus only on pop traffic, give higher rates, and pay daily in crypto—which is awesome.

Unlike some other networks, they don’t mess with your traffic quality and let you run their ads with other networks without problems. If you want, I can help you find them.

How much of your traffic comes from TIER 1 compared to TIER 3? That info can help me suggest the best choice for you.
 
Take a look at AdMaven. Their CPM rates are pretty good, and they work with lots of ad types. It’s great for pop traffic.

Yeah, AdMaven is a good choice with steady CPMs and lots of ad types, especially for pop traffic. They also pay in crypto, which is a bonus.


If you want another option that pays crypto daily and offers higher CPMs for pop ads, there’s a lesser-known network that focuses just on pop traffic and works great for streaming sites.
