I had steady traffic for years, but suddenly it dropped by around 95%. All my keywords and ads are still the same and eligible. I used to get over 1,100 clicks a day, and now it’s barely 12, even though the keywords cover thousands of different topics.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did it drop in just a few days, weeks, or months?
Did the drop happen all at once?
Are the bids and content still the same?

If it drops that much all of a sudden, it’s not usual.

It could be because of an algorithm change, account problems, or more competition. Check your settings, Quality Score, and any updates from Google.

This could be a possible algorithm update or penalty. Check Google Search Console for problems and look over any recent SEO changes.

Maybe it’s because the ads aren’t aimed at the right people, the money got switched around, or it’s just a slow time of year.

It could be that the system got updated or other sellers changed what they’re doing. Have you looked to see if anything’s wrong with your account or website? Did you make any new changes recently?

Sometimes, your ads don’t get fully blocked, but they also don’t show up like they should. It’s kind of like being quietly slowed down. Even if it says your ads are okay, they might not really be showing to people.

What to do: Go into your ad account and check if there are any warning signs or rule breaks. Look at your account’s health section to find out.
