I'm tired of manually adding accounts individually. Is there any software available that operates through a panel system? Preferably, I'd like to avoid using a web browser, as it tends to be sluggish during operation.

I use TwitterDub to manage multiple accounts. There are other options like SuSocial that I haven’t tried yet.
