Greetings everyone, I currently have a PayPal account that has been restricted for a duration of two years. It holds a balance of $10,000; however, I am unable to withdraw the funds due to an error in linking my bank account. I have come across accounts of people who claim to have successfully sold their limited PayPal accounts, although they stop from disclosing the identity of the buyers. My assumption is that the buyers are solely interested in acquiring the PayPal accounts along with the funds within them. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this matter. Thank you kindly.

I strongly recommend that you don't sell this and instead contact PayPal directly to fix the issue more quickly.

If your account isn't hidden, it's better to work things out with PayPal instead of selling it. Have you tried adding a bank account from Wise?

I have another bank linked, but I have a problem when I try to withdraw. I think I need to call PayPal, but I can't.

You tried to add a bank account, so it looks like you can log in to your PayPal account. When you're logged in, check the notification icon at the top right corner. Does it show a message saying your account is limited? If it does, there should be an option to go to the Resolution Center. You can also go directly to the Resolution Center while logged in.

In the Resolution Center, does it say you need to submit any ID or documents? If it does, go ahead and send the required ID or documents. Once you do, PayPal should lift the limitation on your account.

It's $12,000. You should call them, or you could hire someone to handle it for you.
