Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble with Facebook and advertising, and it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone to help me fix the issue.

Earlier this year, I got a message saying, "Your ad access is restricted. You can no longer advertise on Facebook’s apps and services. You can't run ads, manage ad assets, create ad accounts, or set up business portfolios."

I'm not really sure why this happened, but here’s the message I got: "It seems like your account doesn't follow our Advertising Policies affecting business assets. Reasons may include: Trying to bypass the ad review process, participating in fraudulent behavior, or linking to untrustworthy accounts. Meta's rules are meant to keep the community safe and promote real connections."

The only thing I can think of is that I was running an ad for my poker page, and they might have thought I was promoting gambling, which wasn’t the case. I even chatted with someone on live support, and they gave me advice on what to change so my ad would be approved. Now I’m restricted and can’t run any more ads. I can’t even open a new live chat case to talk about it and can’t figure out how to fix this.

What are my options? Should I create a new Business Manager account or something like that?

I tried that the other day, but when I submitted the request, I got a message saying I couldn’t create a new account because my ad access is restricted.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Sure! Please provide the advertisement you'd like me to rewrite, and I'll adjust it as requested.

To remove the restriction on your advertising account, make sure to use a profile with a confirmed identity.

Your account has been limited. You can reach out to support and ask for help. If you'd like to keep advertising, you might want to find a trustworthy account rental service to keep going.
