A different way to run many Instagram accounts automatically without getting stopped

Hello everyone,


I have been part of this forum for a long time and have learned a lot here since 2013.
Now I want to give back and share what I’ve learned. I’m also happy to hear new ideas and tips.


Around 2020, Instagram made things very hard for auto tools. Many marketers started having big problems.
I tried many tools like Jarvee and others to find a way that works for a long time, but it was not easy.


So I started using a mix of real people, semi-auto actions, and real phones to set up and run about 98 Instagram accounts.
This method has been working well for almost 4 months now. Below is how I set everything up.

Setup:
I use 22 phones, mostly iPhone 6 models.
They are all connected to 3 charging docks on my desk.


Each phone uses:

• Real 5G internet
• A custom bot for follow, unfollow, and messages
• A phone screen tool that shows everything on my computer, so I can control all phones from one PC
• Two helpers to assist
• About 96 Instagram accounts total

Account Warm-Up​

All accounts need time to warm up first.
It takes about 4 to 5 weeks to get them ready.


New accounts can get blocked very easily, even if you do only a few actions.
Because of this, we learned that warming up slowly is very important, and it cannot be rushed.

How It Works: Jarvee + Custom Bot​

Many Instagram auto tools get caught fast.
So we made our own bot to handle following, unfollowing, likes, and messages.


Jarvee is only used to collect and sort data.
It is still one of the best tools for scraping info, but we do not use it to run the accounts.

Daily Run Time​

Each account runs about 7 to 9 hours a day.
Every hour, it follows around 9 to 18 people.

• Week 1: Follow about 90–110 people per day
• Week 2: Follow 140 people, unfollow 45 people
• Week 3: Follow 140 people, unfollow 45 people, send 9–18 messages to new followers

Then the steps are repeated again.

My helper loads the data onto each phone and posts 2–3 pictures or videos per account using her computer (through the phone control panel).


Then we go to sleep and do the same thing the next day.

Results and Earnings​

1. With around 102 accounts, I get about 2–4 inquiries per account, which adds up to 210–320 sales messages each day.
2. Accounts grow by about 580–1,050 followers per month.
3. I make around 9–19 sales daily, earning a good profit of $48–$72 per sale.

Final Thoughts​

If you want your accounts to last a long time, it’s better to use a mix of real people + semi-automatic tools + real phones instead of fully automatic tools.

1. Use Jarvee only for collecting data.
2. Use your own bot, not public bots or tools, because those can get caught and block your accounts.
3. Always use real 4G internet.
4. Always use real devices.
5. Set up everything efficiently so fewer people can manage it.
