Hey there!
I’m the admin of the Bongo Cat channel with almost 3 million subscribers. The channel features simple animations with cover music – Bongo Cat Channel.

I’m facing a big issue with the music. I remake songs with beats and sing them in a funny way, but 100% of my music is still copyrighted, and I have to share revenue at a high rate.

  • Is there any way I can increase my revenue on platforms besides Spotify, TikTok, iTunes, etc.? A lot of videos use my cover audio on those platforms.
  • How can I boost revenue with my current channel? Are there any companies that might want to sponsor me?
It’s really tough, so I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks so much!

I recommend making your own music. There are so many tools to help with that. Since you have a lot of subscribers, I think you’d do great. I’m a musician too and I write songs, and if I had that many subscribers, I’d definitely be making at least 10k a month.

Try being an affiliate marketer for related content, like ClickBank and similar sites. Find products that help people make their own music and promote them alongside your stuff to earn extra sales.

You've got a really cool and fun channel! The best thing you have is a loyal group of followers. Maybe you could get them to join your Patreon for special content.

Sign up your music on YouTube using a distributor and make sure to protect your copyright with the Copyright Group.

I mostly know about animation and music, so I turn to freelance artists. The cost of making a song is really high—about $500 for just one track. But to make private music, you need more than just one song. You need dozens, maybe even hundreds, to keep the channel running smoothly, and that’s tough. I don’t have enough money to do this, it's too much for me right now.

Your channel is super funny and real! You should build a brand by selling stuff. Those cats would look awesome on shirts and other cool things you can print.

Have you thought about making your own music with the help of AI?

Just use AI then, and there are other composers that are much cheaper, way less than $500.

You could make a coin with that name since cat coins are really taking off lately, and then promote it on your channel, haha!
