Lately, I’ve seen that posts sharing personal stories or real experiences do better on LinkedIn than normal business updates. It seems like the site is moving toward honest stories and authenticity instead of just work networking. What kinds of posts have you noticed getting the most likes or comments recently?

Posts that tell a story usually get more attention. People pause, read, and leave comments instead of just scrolling by.

Alright, I’ll do my best to go along with this.

For sure 😏 Real stories from real life are doing great right now. When people share what they learned, messed up, or won, it hits way harder than boring business posts

Totally! I’ve seen that too. When folks show the real side of what they do—hard days, little victories, or what they’ve learned—more people pay attention. It just feels more real when it’s about the person, not just the job.
