I agree with this, and here’s why.

A buddy of mine had an account that was all set up properly with his real info. At first, he used it in my country without any trouble. Later, he moved to Italy and kept using the same account there. Even though the internet address (IP) changed, everything still worked fine — no problems at all.

So I think using a different internet path (like a proxy) is okay, as long as you stick to one account per IP for each type of thing you're doing, and make sure your account is fully checked and real.
