Hey, I’ve been running ads for a friend who’s been doing it for almost 3 years now. They offer a service and a PDF, and we’re not breaking any of Facebook’s rules, but they banned my first account after about a year of ads. Then, they banned my second account after around 1.5 years. I don’t get why this is happening. Just to give some context, I’m running ads from Bali, but the business is registered in Canada. I’m not sure if that’s a factor, but I don’t think it is. If it were, Facebook probably wouldn’t have let me run ads for over a year, right? Does anyone have any tips on how I can: #1 get my old account back, and #2 prevent it from getting banned so I can keep running ads? Any help is super appreciated! Thanks!

Try reaching out to the support team for help.

Use cloaking and strong accounts. This will help your account last longer and prevent getting banned.

Where you live doesn’t matter at all.

Ask to remove the restriction.

Use a backup ads account and keep going.

Facebook might be marking your account because your location looks different or because of strange actions. Try using a VPN, proving who you are, and creating a new business manager to stop bans from happening later.

Facebook checks many things that can be confusing. Please talk to the support team to get more help.
Always get backup accounts ready so you don’t get stopped when Meta does its checks.

Lately, that big blue app has been acting up a lot, with tons of weird problems.
Maybe your page got checked by mistake when they were doing their scans. You can try asking them to fix it, but if that doesn’t help, it might be best to switch and use a different ad page.

Yeah, it’s super annoying when that big social site suddenly blocks stuff—especially after things were going great for a while with your ads.

Right now, that big social site is having a lot of trouble with ad pages.
It might be a good idea to find helpers who can give you new pages to use for now.

Lots of folks spend all their time trying to get their old pages back.
Sometimes it’s easier to just grab a fresh one and keep going.

This kind of thing happens to plenty of people, even when they’re playing by the rules with their ads.
Like others have said, it’s smart to ask for a second look and always have extra ad pages ready. Don’t forget to save your tracking stuff and use it on more than one page, so if one gets blocked, you don’t lose everything.

Hope that makes things clearer!
