Facebook Problems with Facebook Ads Verification in Singapore

Starting in January 2025, Facebook changed its ad rules for Singapore and Taiwan.
When I choose Singapore as the target area, it asks me to finish a verification. But even after sending in my ID or passport, the verification doesn’t work.
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to finish the verification?

Try switching your ad account or your Facebook account.

Singapore and Taiwan are both countries with strict rules for Facebook ads. You have to meet all the requirements to run ads there.

You have to complete these verifications, or you won’t be able to advertise. There’s no way around it.

If you didn’t pass the verification and can't try again, you’ll need to get rid of that account.

But if you can try the verification again, go ahead and give it another shot!

Yeah, FB tightened verification rules this year for Singapore and Taiwan. It usually requires government-issued ID and sometimes additional proof of residence. If the standard ID isn’t working, most people just need to wait for support to process it or try again later.
