Hi there! I was planning to start selling on eBay again. I stopped in 2024 and had an unpaid fee of around $90. Now, I’ve decided to sell again, so I paid the fees, verified my bank account and personal information. After that, I received an email saying my account was restricted.

When I contacted support, they told me my account suspension was permanent and that there was no chance to appeal. They didn’t explain why. Is there any way I can get my account back? Does anyone know what I should do next?

It kinda seems like they were just waiting for you to pay before shutting your account down.
Honestly, I don't think you'll be able to get it back...

There's pretty much no chance of getting your account back.
They already said there’s "no more chances to appeal" this choice.
Plus, they never even explain why they do it.
You’ll probably just have to get a new account if you wanna sell on eBay again.

Those guys, man 😅 They said my account would be okay if I just paid the fee.
So annoying. I spent like three days getting all my stuff listed, and now this.

Pretty much no chance to undo that kind of ban on eBay.
That’s tough.
Not easy to tell what caused it, but it feels like they were just waiting for you to show up before slamming the ban hammer down.
If you really wanna sell there again, it’s probably smarter to either make a fresh account or grab an older one. Up to you!

How much do accounts usually go for?
I’ve been kicked off Amazon a bunch of times, and I just make a fresh account with new papers but the same info.
Can you do the same thing on eBay too?
