MMO CR Stop using Cryptomus! You could lose your money if you're not careful!

I tried to verify my account to take out my money, but they rejected it! I only get one chance to verify, and if I mess up, I can't try again? Is this how Cryptomus works? Now I can’t take out my funds, and even when I reach out to customer support, they can’t fix it. It's been 15 days!!
I still can't withdraw anything, and all they keep saying is that they’re “looking for a solution.

Are you using it just for yourself or also for selling stuff? I heard if you're a seller, they give you a helper person who can fix problems.

Bro, how do you even mess up something that simple? I’ve been around money stuff for like 9 years—used Forex, online wallets, crypto—you name it. Never had any trouble. The ID check on Cryptomus was super easy for me.

When Cryptomus first came out, they didn’t ask for any ID checks. They still said no to one of my sites though, and didn’t even give it another look. I’m not a fan of them — maybe it’s just me. But I think it’s kinda silly to tell people you don’t need verification, get a bunch of users, and then change the rules. I was gonna build a tool to fix this problem, but Cryptomus showed up first. Now I feel like working on that idea again.

Cryptomus runs like a crypto place with no real rules or official license. Just having a paper that says "business" doesn’t really mean much at all.

Cryptomus said they handed everything over to a group called Heleket. Their setup looks almost exactly the same, even the tools. So I switched everything I was doing to them instead.

Cryptomus feels kinda shady since it doesn’t have a real license, so no one's watching over it. Just having a company paper doesn’t mean much — you and I could go start one tomorrow if we wanted.
