Man, I’ve been trying to find a way to automate this forever. I added 1,000 followers to my close friends, and it took me more than a whole day! I still have 7,000 left to go… is there any way to automate this?

I've been experimenting with some scripts and found a way to consistently add 14-21k followers to the close friends list every day. Instagram doesn't have many restrictions yet. So far, I've tested it on 5 accounts, all under 200k, but I just started using it on accounts with over 1 million followers. I'll keep you updated on how it goes @Bruno Ribeiro

I don’t see anything about Instagram on the Ominator site or adding followers to close friends.

That’s an interesting idea! Have you tried it yet? Can you show me how to do it? I was thinking of doing it like a tree branch style, but it seems a bit hard for me.

You can easily manage different kinds of Instagram Stories by using Instagram’s features, like the Close Friends list for special content and regular Stories for everyday posts.
