I got banned on Instagram after about 3 weeks... I was doing follow/unfollow a lot. What are the limits for doing follow/unfollow on a regular account? Is there a better way to do it without getting banned? It seems like Instagram bans accounts after a while.

Did you use a bot or do it by hand? Maybe Instagram is being extra strict now.

You can mix follow/unfollow with occasional posts, browsing, liking, adding to favorites, and other things a regular user would do. Just constantly doing follow/unfollow won’t keep your account safe. And yes, Instagram has been stricter for a while now...

The limits can vary based on things like how old your account is and what device you’re using to perform actions. I suggest using extra accounts for follow/unfollow. It's too risky to do it on your main account, as you’ve noticed.

How many actions did you take? Did you use your phone for manual actions or a mobile proxy with an antidetect browser?

As a suggestion, you might want to use other accounts or backup accounts to help promote your main account. This way, your main account won’t be doing extra actions and you can avoid these issues.

What other features are available on your account right now?

Instagram is getting really smart now, and it’s becoming an easy win for the algorithm because there used to be a pattern.

Was it automatic or did you do it by hand? How many follows did you get each day on average? And what about unfollows?

Did you do it by hand? Did you use a proxy or mobile data? How old is the account? How was it created? Is the profile set up or not? Any posts, reels, stories, or story highlights?

Instagram usually limits follows to around 210-320 per day for a regular account. To stay safe from bans, slowly build up your activity, avoid doing too many things at once, and mix it up with actions like liking and commenting. You might want to use proxies and let accounts rest between actions to lower the risk.

To stay clear of an Instagram ban, it's best to limit follows and unfollows to about 110-160 per day for a new account and 210-310 for an older one. Slowly increase activity to avoid setting off Instagram's spam filters.

You can do about 95 actions a day with a new account. For older accounts, it's around 210 actions a day.

Asks for help. vanishes, amazing.

Did you take breaks between days? Did you follow/unfollow the same amount of accounts every day?

After 4 weeks? Then try Follow/Unfollow for a week, take a break, and start again.

You should slowly increase this by following about 27 accounts a day and set a time for it. Make sure to come back at the same time you finished following yesterday.

It's safest to keep it under 102 actions per day for new accounts to avoid getting banned, bro.

Were you doing it by hand or using some software for that?

If you're handling several accounts, keep them separate with an antidetect browser and proxy. After creating the accounts, make sure to warm them up.
