Instagram How to create a new Instagram account on a new device

I just got a new S22 Ultra, and I’ve activated a new SIM card with US Mobile on the Verizon network. I want to create just one Instagram account on this phone, and I’ll only be using it for dropshipping. I don’t have Instagram installed yet.

I made a new Gmail email today, and I want to know what steps I should follow to create a new account. I’ll be using my Wi-Fi to sign up.

Do I need to remove the SIM card first and then install Instagram from the Play Store, or should I download the APK from APKMirror and sign up? Or, can I leave the SIM card in the phone, install Instagram from the Play Store, or get the APK from APKMirror and sign up that way?

If you're making just one account, you can do it the simple way. Here’s how: download the app, turn off Wi-Fi and turn on mobile data, then register a new account using the phone number from the SIM card. After you register, add your email, confirm it, and remove the phone number.

You can leave the SIM card in the phone, download Instagram from the Play Store, and sign up with your Gmail email address.

I installed it from the Play Store. The reason I use the mod is that I don’t like the ads that pop up in the feed.
