I’m trying to figure out how to grow my Twitter followers naturally.
I’ve spent the last few days looking on YouTube for a good tutorial, but I haven’t found anything useful.
Any advice is welcome!
 
Building a following takes time, effort, and depends on your niche. For me, I only have 11 followers after three days, and my niche is adult content, which may or may not make it easier.

Some people follow others just to get a follow back, and while that strategy works, I don’t use it because I’m not a fan. You can also interact with others by replying to their posts and using the right hashtags, especially trending ones, which helps your posts get seen more. Keeping track of hashtags that work well for you is helpful so you don’t forget them.

Another option is paid promotion, which you can do through Twitter, but be careful because some accounts are full of bots and don’t help you grow organically.

Thanks for the advice! I hope you gain more followers for your account as well.
 
I'd suggest managing your main account manually—focus on using good hashtags, posting quality content, and following back your followers.

When people leave comments, reply to them and like the positive ones. Most Twitter users don't post much, and they appreciate getting likes or comments from accounts they follow. It helps them feel noticed.

Avoid getting into arguments with other accounts—it's not worth it. Just mute or block them and move on.

After about a month, consider creating other accounts to retweet your main account’s tweets, but do it smartly. If your niche is lawnmowers, for example, retweet posts from other big lawnmower accounts too, so it doesn’t look like you're just spamming your own tweets.

And no, my niche isn’t lawnmowers, and I’m not sharing what it is! :)

Join Twitter Spaces to share what you know
Do these, and you'll start getting more followers naturally!
 
Here’s my top tip: pin your best post so it’s easy to find, and turn on notifications for popular accounts in your field. When they tweet, jump in and reply!

Also, adding images and replying to threads are great ways to boost engagement.

The best way to get noticed is actually through any interactions your tweets get. So, try joining conversations on topics related to your niche, even if your input feels basic—it's a good way to start getting involved.

I’m not on Twitter much, but I send traffic from my TikTok to my Twitter, and it’s working pretty well.

Whether it's on Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, or any other platform, stick to a niche and post regularly. Interact with your audience consistently. Instead of posting random, anonymous content, create threads that engage your followers. Share helpful tips and proof to build trust and show real value.
 
The quickest way to grow your Twitter account is by paying bigger accounts to do promotions and giveaways for you.
