My ad account was active for 2 days but it spent nothing.
Has anyone faced this problem or have a solution? Meta Pro support keeps saying that everything is fine on your ad account.

Facebook's billing system can be complicated, and issues with payments or invoicing might lead to problems with your ad account.

At one point, you mentioned that Meta Pro support keeps insisting everything is fine with your ad account. Perhaps it’s worth being a bit more patient.

But my account was active for two consecutive days without spending any money.

My account is still active, and I have a direct debit card linked, but no money is being spent.

Facebook is tricky now. Sometimes it can take 48 to 72 hours for ads to start showing up.
 
You should wait a bit. I had the same problem, and it fixed itself. Meta Support is reliable, so you can trust them.
 
There could be two reasons:

Your page might be unpublished or restricted by country.
Your account might be on hold.
 
Make a new page, and use masking if your new one is still restricted.
 
Maybe the problem is in your account, you can change to a new account and page. I think it will be fine if you recreate the campaign
