It is advisable to use a stationary US residential or mobile proxy, or alternatively, a dedicated US data center proxy from a reliable source if cost is a concern. Although I have previously used reputable VPN services, my recent experiences have been less satisfactory, so I would recommend avoiding VPNs. However, your own experience may differ, of course.
If you happen to have access to a Windows PC/VPS located in the US, that could also serve the purpose. Additionally, by using some coding, you can use a US-based web server if absolutely necessary. Essentially, this involves using the server's IP address, as it is located in the US.
