What tools can help with LinkedIn messages without causing problems?
Is it better to use an online tool or one on your computer?
I want something I can trust to reach people without losing my account.

Not sure if this is common advice, but since no one answered yet, this might help.

This is the way I do it right now:

Pick the right people: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You get a free trial, and later you can often get about 45% off if you say it costs too much.

Pull the list into a file: Tools like Lemlist work well. EvaBoot is solid too, and PhantomBuster can do the job.

Add emails and phone numbers: BetterContact or Lemlist both work fine for filling in the details.

You can set things up to send emails, make calls, and message people on LinkedIn using Lemlist. I haven’t tested other tools, so I can’t say how they compare.

One tip: let Lemlist warm up your emails for about 3 to 4 weeks using Lemwarm so your messages don’t end up in spam.

It costs around $280–$420 a month, but if you land even one client, it usually pays for itself.
