Hello everyone!
My partner and I have an IoT startup idea that is targeted towards B2B customers. We understand the importance of executing and testing the idea with businesses right away to avoid wasting time, as speed of execution is crucial in today's landscape.
However, we are facing challenges in determining the most effective way to test the idea before investing in developing a prototype. Currently, we are conducting research and studying cold-call techniques. Our plan is to pitch the concept over the phone. We would like to know if this approach is a good idea.
We are seeking your insights and experiences in this matter. Should we follow a specific cold-call template, create a landing page, or develop a prototype before approaching businesses?
We greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you can provide. Thank you!
