What are the steps for importing posts, media files, and WooCommerce products after reinstalling a website?

As I'm having issues with my website, I'm planning to delete and reinstall it. However, I'm concerned about media files as the default WP export tool exports an XML file with URLs to the media files. If I delete the site, I may lose access to the media files URLs required to import images to the newly created site. What would be the best course of action in this situation?
