Dan Norris' book "The 7-Day Startup" emphasizes the importance of launching a business within seven days.
In my opinion, you should be able to make a sale within that time frame, although what each of us can launch or sell in seven days varies.
For instance, if you require $50k to launch or make a sale but can't access that amount in seven days, choose something that doesn't necessitate that level of funding. Leave that opportunity for someone who can access $50k in seven days or for your future self.
If your product requires six months of coding before it can be revealed, consider what you can release or do to make a sale in seven days.
It's a useful thought exercise to contemplate what you can do to make a sale in seven days. If making a sale appears too daunting, consider who you can assist this week.
