The Fiverr Worker-Finding Trick

I have a few people who need jobs done. I’m thinking about finding some helpers on Fiverr and making a little extra money. But I’m also wondering if I can hire them directly instead of using Fiverr, so I don’t have to pay Fiverr’s fees and can pay them less while staying competitive.

Has anyone tried working with Fiverr freelancers outside of Fiverr?

Don’t try to move people off the website, because you and the worker can get in big trouble. I remember when I used to report anyone who asked me to leave the platform. I think I ended up reporting around twenty people who tried all kinds of tricks, like asking me to pay extra somewhere else or use other apps that weren’t safe.

The only reason I worked with some of them was because they answered certain ads. A lot of folks online might have new accounts again and again. The really skilled workers usually cost more than many people expect.

So it really comes down to this: do you want to build a business that depends on hiring low‑cost workers who might need to be replaced pretty often, just to make a profit?

I think if I don’t tell them, or if they don’t tell on me, nothing will change. You might be going after the wrong ones.
