Is there any risk with this? It's not anything sneaky, just a customer list with emails and phone numbers. The Facebook business page is brand new, and I don't want to waste money on ads to everyone. I just want to target the people in my list, but I don't want to get banned. If this could get me banned, how can I start using these lists safely? There must be companies that create new pages and want to use their lists right away. Just so you know, the lists are about 18k to 22k, or 100k+, maybe even millions.
Also, is it safer to have the Facebook pixel set up for account health? We have customer data from opt-ins, but it's from different sources, and I don't want Facebook to make wrong assumptions.
