As an advertiser, it's full of bots, and you’ll have to spend a lot of money to get rid of bad traffic.

As a publisher, popcash.net is better than popads.net.

Popcash seems like a traffic ad reseller. I'm still not sure, but it might be worth testing. Anyone have feedback on this?
