Hi,

I’ve had a Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising account for about 4 years. Two years ago, I made one campaign and kept it running. I spent over $31,000 on it. But yesterday, I noticed my campaign wasn’t getting any views or clicks.

So, I talked to support on live chat and asked why my ads weren’t showing or getting clicks. They said not to worry, they could see the ads. Then they sent me to a Microsoft Advertising Support Specialist. The specialist emailed me saying, "I’ll work with our account team to review your account quickly. I’ll get back to you by email or phone within 2 business days."

But just 3 hours later, I saw this message:
After checking, your account B01296DK was closed. For privacy and safety reasons, they can’t tell me why exactly, but usually accounts are closed for common reasons like...

The payment way saved on the account wasn’t approved by the owner.
Someone got into the account without permission.
This account is linked to another one that was shut down before.
The account was seen as risky for other users or advertisers, according to the rules.

I asked again and they told me, “I wish I could give you more info about the review, but I don’t have access to that. I can only share the same email they sent you. Our team doesn’t share exact reasons for closing accounts. We just follow what the email says.”

Can anyone help? What should I do next?
