I've assisted hundreds in reclaiming their accounts from hackers, so let me offer you some guidance.
If the hacker hasn't enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you should be in good shape. Even with 2FA, recovery is possible, though it can be more challenging.
Here's the process for recovering your account:
- Visit the basic login page and click on "Forgot your login details? Get help logging in."
- Enter the current username of your account. If the hacker changed the username, be sure to use the new one.
- After entering the username, click on "Need more help?" at the bottom of the page. The subsequent steps will be self-explanatory.
Tip: Try using a device that the account has been used on before.
Best of luck

P.S. This method is nearly instant and sends an email to the previous email associated with the account (which should be yours) if everything goes smoothly. It doesn't involve reaching out to a representative; it's simply a quick recovery method.
