I want to sell stuff on eBay in the USA. I tried using a VPN and logging in from different browsers, but my account keeps getting banned after I connect it to my Payoneer bank.


Does anyone know which residential proxy works best for this? Also, is Payoneer, Wise, or another USA bank better for eBay?

If you live in the U.S., eBay now asks for your Social Security number because of a new tax rule.

The rule changed recently, and now money you get through apps or websites—over about $590—has to be reported. Using a proxy likely won’t get around this rule.

I have a real Social Security number, but the issue is with the internet setup and the bank. The name and address on the bank need to match the one used when making the eBay account.

I don’t need to make lots of accounts. I just want one account, and I’ll make it after I sell my product. If anyone has ideas or can help me, I’d be really thankful.

If you're trying to stay out of trouble online, using a VPN isn’t the best choice. It can actually cause more problems. A better idea is to use something like a steady internet connection from a real provider. That way, things look more normal and you won’t get noticed as much.
