How many TikTok videos can I post each day?

How many videos can you upload each day without lowering your views and likes?

From what I’ve seen, about 2–5 works best, and I don’t go past that number

Hey, that’s a nice question. I’ve tried this a lot too.


Before, I was posting around 2–5 videos a day because I thought more posts would get more views… but it actually made each video do worse.


Now I just post about 1–3 really good videos a day. I make sure the start is catchy and the idea feels new. That’s been working much better for me.

From what I’ve noticed (and what other people say), posting about 1–5 times a day can work, but the best range is usually around 1–3.


If you feel rushed or run out of ideas, it’s okay to slow down. One really good video is better than a bunch people forget.


So yeah—if you can do 2 strong posts a day, that’s great. If not, even one a day or a few each week can still grow your page.
