Setting aside PAA, I don’t ignore any questions I come across, even those with zero search volume. Questions are a crucial part of search, and if handled correctly, the pitfalls of this era can be largely avoided.

It all comes down to your goals: do you want to maintain this long-term, or is it just a churn-and-burn strategy?

I'm glad to hear that QF PRO is working well for you! I also incorporate a lot of questions into my content; even those with '0' searches are part of a comprehensive targeting strategy.

I definitely prefer a slow and steady approach for building sustainable sites, but I also admire the churn-and-burn strategy. Blackhat tactics have always intrigued me
