At the beginning of February, I came up with some new business ideas to sell on Flippa. I decided I didn’t want to focus on blogging for obvious reasons—AI.

I wanted to use AI content, but not for blogging.

I also wanted to prove that Google can approve AI websites for AdSense—it all depends on how you build the site.

And I wanted to test this without spending any money and without using WordPress.

HYPOTHESIS

  1. If you build your blog with WordPress, you’ll have to go through more steps to get approved.
  2. New domains get stuck in Google’s sandbox and won’t get approved.
  3. Without traffic, you can’t get AdSense approval.
  4. AI content won’t get approved for AdSense (I’ve read this everywhere).
  5. Your site needs to be old and must have pages like a cookie policy or terms and conditions—basically, a lot of extra stuff.

EXPERIMENT

4 NEW DOMAINS

4 NEW WEBSITES

All domains were bought in February.

None were built using WordPress.

They were created with NextJS and Vite.js, so I could host them for free on Vercel.

Claude.ai helped build these websites in just one day.

What are the sites about? Mainly converters.

YES, CONVERTERS – THEY’RE EVERYWHERE. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT APPROVED FOR ADSENSE, SO THAT SAYS SOMETHING.

I made a brand-new AdSense account and submitted the sites for approval. About 8 days later, they were all rejected.

So, I started searching for more types of converters – string converters, text converters, JPG converters.

Each page had AI-generated content about the conversion tools. The ones with longer content got rejected like a basketball bouncing on the court.

Then I thought, "Let me try shorter content—nothing too long, but well-structured."

I added a privacy policy, contact page, and terms & conditions—all written by AI.

Each tool page only had this simple text, and nothing else. The ones that had “How to use this” or “How to do that” got bounced again.

RESULT 2 SITE - REJECTED

I figured maybe guesses 2, 3, 4, and 5 were right.

New websites get stuck in Google’s sandbox and won’t get approved.

No visitors means no Adsense.

If you use AI content, you won’t get approved. (I’ve seen this a lot.)

Your site has to be older and have a cookie page, terms page, and other stuff.

FINAL OUTCOME AFTER ABOUT A WEEK

  • BRAND NEW DOMAIN
  • BRAND NEW SITE
  • AI WRITTEN CONTENT
  • SHORT ARTICLES
  • USED A CONVERTER TOOL
  • HAS A PRIVACY PAGE
  • HAS A TERMS PAGE
  • HAS A CONTACT PAGE
  • HAS AN ABOUT PAGE
  • NOT USING WORDPRESS
  • NO BLOG POSTS
  • NO VISITORS
FINAL RESULT — ADSENSE GOT APPROVED WITH A NEW DOMAIN AND A BRAND NEW ADSENSE ACCOUNT.

Using WordPress doesn’t really change if you get approved or not.
They only look at the page’s HTML code. It’s more about themes, plugins, or other scripts causing issues.
You don’t need traffic to get approved either.
But having visitors can help you get approved quicker and with better chances.

I agree, and it’s those themes and plugins we don’t really understand how they work or show the content.

Totally agree, that’s why I’m thinking, let’s try a different way.

@TMONEX Thanks for telling us about your test. I have a client who wants a Business Adsense account. Could you help with that? I’m happy to pay for your time and work.

Sorry, I don’t officially offer this service here because I haven’t fully tested the method yet.

If I get a second site approved, I will make a service for it on MMO.
