I am considering establishing a business that specializes in mobile/web app development, or potentially a software house. As software development is my area of expertise, I want to leverage this to create MVPs for startups with limited budgets (<10k).
How can I find clients for this type of business? While I have previously secured two freelance projects through personal connections, I believe this avenue may be exhausted.
Do you have any experience in running a similar business? How can I compete with established brands in the market? Should I target a global or local market, starting in Poland?
