Does OGAds start focusing on CPI and not converting?

I'm uncertain if it's solely related to my traffic, as I haven't made significant changes to it, yet I'm facing a decline in conversions. Surprisingly, even though I have expanded my traffic sources and increased the volume, I'm experiencing fewer conversions compared to when I had lower traffic volumes. Has anyone else encountered similar issues with their conversion rates despite increasing their traffic?
