So I have no web hosting yet, for personal reasons. Wondering what's the best action for idle time.
Should I already be writing content directly on WordPress.com right now and transfer that to the web host as a plugin?
Or do I first install WordPress into the Web Host and do the creating within that, after I gain hosting?
