Can You Use Just Ads to Share Special Shopping Links? Does That Really Work?

I’m thinking about trying something new where you earn money by sharing links to cool stuff people can buy. I wanted to ask—can I just sign up on a site that gives out these links (any idea which one’s best?), grab my link, and make some ads on Facebook or TikTok?

I was hoping to skip making a website and just use the special link in the ad. Is that okay, or does that not really work?

If there's a smarter way to do this, I’d really like to know!
