Facebook Can I run online casino ads on facebook?

Hi. We tried to advertise our online casino on Facebook and YouTube, but our ads were blocked and our account was restricted within 24 hours. Facebook says we need to fill out the RMG Application form and follow their rules.

We've noticed other online casinos advertising on Facebook without getting blocked. Is there another way to do this without following Facebook's rules?
