Can I make an account if someone in my house already has one and we both use the same payment info?

Hey, someone in my family already has a Bing Ads account and it's working fine. I want to make my own too. We both live at the same place and would use the same payment address. I’ll use my own name, my own ID, and everything else will be different. I even plan to use a new device and internet connection. Everything I have is real and I can pass the ad check. But will it be a problem if our billing and home address is the same? What should I do?
