Hi everyone,
I take care of a few different Instagram pages, and I want to share some of the same videos on them without running into any trouble. I know the app watches things like how files are saved and when they get posted, so I’m just trying to figure out the best way to share clips in a smart and safe way.

Do you have any simple tools or steps you like that help you post things on lots of pages without it becoming a huge job?

I’d love to hear from anyone who has done this in a good, problem-free way. Thanks a bunch!

I’ve had trouble sharing the same videos on more than a couple accounts, but I learned some easy fixes.
First, I change the video file before posting it. I rename it or adjust things like the size or quality using a video editor. This helps because apps can spot exact copies.
Second, I don’t post everything at once. I use a planner tool to spread posts out at slightly different times so nothing looks copied or automatic.

Make small changes to each video so it doesn’t look the same. You can tweak the colors, add a little text, or trim the edges. Even tiny edits can help it feel new.
If you’re using tools to help post, try keeping each account separate so they don’t all look connected. This helps platforms see them as real people, not one big group.
Most important, act like a real person. Post at normal times, mix things up, and don’t rush. That makes everything look natural.

Tell me if you’ve tested any of these or found other tricks that work for you!

I like making small changes the best. Tiny edits are easy to do and still help a lot. You don’t have to change everything—just a little tweak can make it feel new.
