I've bought tons of reviews for my Fiverr gig and never had any problems. Your Fiverr account won’t get flagged just for buying reviews. Fiverr's system is designed in a way that encourages people to buy reviews, like to maintain Seller Level, because they make money with each purchase and sale. So, they set it up to help sellers get more sales, even through purchased reviews. Fiverr only flags accounts if a seller tells a buyer to contact them outside the platform, if the gig violates Fiverr's policies, or if buyers report something about the seller or their gig that goes against Fiverr's rules.
