How do I write real, helpful questions and find the right people to send them to?

I’m having a lot of trouble with this right now, even though this issue goes beyond just Affiliate marketing. At the moment, it feels super urgent for me to get deals done, and I just don’t have time to send out basic, copy-paste questions. If I can even ask about this?

I’ve joined some marketplaces, watched courses, and I’m stuck when it comes to communicating with others. I’ve got my own offer, and I’m accepted into affiliate networks with their offers too. But the hardest part for me is finding people who actually respond—and then coming up with the right questions and messages for them.

I'm in a similar situation right now, trying to get offers into other relevant networks. What I’ve done is carefully pick the right networks, contact some of their staff, and share a nice script I made with chatGPT that I edited to highlight the value I can offer. I’m doing this in bulk at the moment. Feel free to reach out, and we can share our progress!

I really recommend the service at https://openai.com/ for creating polite and thoughtful messages. It helps you write clear, professional responses that make communication more effective and interesting.

If you’re new to this niche, you can totally ask one of those AI helpers like ChatGPT for ideas — just don’t copy it word for word. Folks and mods can tell, and they won’t be too happy about it. Better to take the idea and write it your own way.

One of the hardest parts of doing affiliate stuff is getting real replies and building good relationships. It’s more than just sending out a bunch of messages—you gotta talk to the right people and ask smart questions that show you actually get how things work.

Here’s some stuff that’s helped me when talking to networks and advertisers:
Be straight up and give them something useful right away. Don’t just say “hi”—tell them what you’ve got (like where your traffic comes from, what countries you target, or what results you’ve seen before).

Connect with people where the action is — places like Telegram chats, LinkedIn, or even messaging folks on forums like BHW can work way better than sending cold emails.

Try different styles — some networks like quick, straight talk, while others want more details about what you’re trying to do.

Stick with advertisers you can trust — if you’ve already got something you’re promoting, talk to others doing similar stuff. For example, we team up with folks in the CC submit space, and talking directly really helps us lock in deals.

What kind of offers are you working on? Maybe we can swap ideas on good networks or people to hit up.

To truly connect with the people you're trying to reach, think about the problems your product can solve for them. Learn about their industry and come up with questions that relate to their challenges. Join online groups or go to events that matter in their field.

Make real friendships before you start selling, and always think about how you can help them first. When reaching out, it's better to focus on building a few strong relationships instead of many weak ones.
