By live number, I mean if you get a number from services like SMS Activate or have someone in the country where you're launching your campaign. Where do you get your databases from? Maybe it would help to sort them by operators.

Do you have the current number? Just to make sure the route is active. Sometimes there can be fake deliveries. Also, from what I’ve learned, it's better to test a few routes before starting the whole campaign.

It worked for me. You could try using a few more SMM panels. Or, it could be that the content you're posting in the comments is triggering some flags with YouTube's algorithms.
