Definitely NOT. That Russian bot is a TRAP!! Don’t use it. This person uses it, and all the messages he sends are deleted within 24 hours, going straight to Hidden Requests. He’s a complete scammer.

I’d even say that running Facebook Ads without the Pixel isn't very useful anymore. Gathering data is VERY important. The API is even more crucial.
