My AI OFM Journey

I started my OnlyFans management business back in late 2022. I just googled “how to run an OFM agency” and came across this guy, Nathan Ashton. He really inspired me, and I even helped him out when I was just getting started.

Now, almost three years later, I run a larger agency with around 22 models, bringing in about $320K–$410K a month in revenue (of course, not all of that is profit). This year, my goal is to switch fully to AI tools, and I’ll be sharing my progress along the way.

I also manage some of the biggest AI OFM groups out there, though I won’t be promoting them here.

Why I’m sharing this thread:

The AI world moves too fast for anyone to keep up alone.

I like helping others learn.

I want to connect with people on the same path—right now, the AI OFM community is still very small.

Here’s a look at my AI OFM journey so far:

I started exploring AI OnlyFans management about a year ago, around the time Fit.Aitana was getting huge attention. I was shocked at how much focus she was getting—tons of viral YouTube videos hitting over 1.1 million views.

Right now, I manage 8 different AI models. The top performer brings in about $26K a month, while the smallest one earns roughly $3.2K a month. My plan is to transition my entire agency from working with real models to being completely AI-driven.

The plan is simple:

Keep current operations running, focus all traffic on 5–10 very niche AI models, and reinvest profits until the system grows steadily.

Here’s how I see it:

Full control: I like the phrase “burn the ships”—it means there’s no turning back. With real models, I often worried about whether they were producing enough content or working consistently. With AI, I’m fully responsible for everything. If something doesn’t work, it’s always the system’s fault, not anyone else’s.

Selling the Model or Agency: I want the option to eventually sell a model or even the entire agency. While it’s rare, there are cases where people have sold their agencies successfully. I see real potential with a fully AI setup because each model comes with all its assets—like social media accounts, main accounts with full access, chat systems, and content creation workflows. That makes it much easier to package and sell.

Profit Margins: This ties back to the first point. With AI, you keep nearly 100% of your earnings (minus costs like traffic, chatting teams, and virtual assistants). When you work with real models, reinvesting profits is tricky. Models can leave or even report accounts, which I’ve experienced in the past. I had accounts with over 3.1K paid fans, generating $11K–$21K a month on autopilot, but one issue could wipe it out. AI avoids that risk and lets you fully control reinvestment.

Creativity: The possibilities are endless here. You can explore every niche and angle if you know how to position your models effectively. AI gives you flexibility that’s hard to match with real people.

If you’re just starting out, don’t overthink it: find something that drives a bit of traffic, make some sales, set up a simple process that a virtual assistant can follow, outsource it, and repeat. Scaling comes naturally from there.

My Approach

I picked up this mindset from Alex Hormozi when I met him in person early last year: Keep doing more of what works → do it better → if that’s maxed out, try something new.

FAQ (For Beginners)

Q: Can I just grab content from the internet and sell it?
A: Nope! Don’t do that. It’s not a long-term business strategy, and platforms like OnlyFans or Fanvue will ban you. Even if you make a few quick bucks, copying content isn’t a good foundation—let’s leave that behind.

Q: Is AI good enough to create quality content?
A: I’m biased, but yes! Every month there are crazy updates in AI image and video generation. Being an early adopter gives a huge advantage.

Q: What tools should I use?
A: There are lots of options. Ideally, run everything on your own computer. If your PC isn’t strong enough, use a VPS. If you’re not technical, you can pay for a service instead.

Q: Where’s the best traffic for an AI model?
A: Right now, I’d say Instagram and Threads are easiest for beginners. But honestly, any traffic source can work if you treat it right, just like with OnlyFans.
