Facebook Facebook ads are running, but no money is being spent.

Hey there, I started my Facebook ads and it says it’s still learning. But the number of people seeing it isn’t going up at all. I even tried switching to a different account and used new posts two times, but nothing changed.

Do you know why this might be happening? If you have any tips, please let me know.

This looks like a problem with your account. Please take a look and see if there’s a small issue with your payment card.
 
I ran into this too. Try starting with a tiny budget, like $3 or $6. Once your ad gets the green light, you can slowly make the budget bigger.
