Hey everyone, I need a little help.

I’m using a Facebook account that’s made for businesses, and something strange is happening. My ads are turned on and were given the green light, but nobody is seeing them at all. It’s been over two days, and still nothing — no views or reach.

I already tried raising the money I’m spending and also made the bid a bit higher. But still, nothing’s showing. Even if money was the problem, I think I would have seen at least a few people look at it by now.

It’s not about who I’m showing the ad to. My audience is really big, and Facebook says I should be reaching between 91,000 and 179,000 people each day (with around 400 to 900 clicks daily).

There’s no problem with how I’m paying — everything is set up right.

My Facebook page is live and working fine too.

I already made a copy of the ad and even started all over with a brand-new one. Still, nothing changes. The ad goes from “being checked” to “getting ready” to “active,” but then… nothing. No views at all.

The person helping me with my account can’t figure it out either. He says other clients aren’t having this issue.

Has anyone else had this kind of trouble? I’d be really thankful for any tips or ideas.

  • Make sure your agent’s business account is healthy and working right
  • Look for any settings that might be stopping the ad from reaching certain people by mistake
  • Double-check where your ad is showing and what goal you picked for how it should be sent out

I looked over everything, and the settings seem just fine to me.

How long has it been running without anyone seeing it? Sometimes it takes almost a whole day to really begin. If your group of people is really small, it might run for a long time without showing much at all—until those people get on Facebook and your ad wins the spot. Make sure to look at what you’re offering to pay.

Look at how your ad is doing in your ad tools. If people aren’t liking it much, it might not show up very often. Try changing the picture, words, or button to make it more interesting.

If nothing works, you could try making a tiny test ad using a different account (if you can). That way, you’ll know if the problem is just with your old account.
