I've been working on adding videos to an ad slideshow with pictures, but I'm having trouble with the videos my client gave me. They don’t match the aspect ratio that Instagram and Facebook allow for ads. Instagram and Facebook need an aspect ratio of about 0.56:1. I tried using CapCut to change the aspect ratio of the videos, but it doesn’t give me the right one. Can you recommend other tools or ways to fix this?

You can use video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or InShot.

Here’s what to do:

Choose a tool.

Upload your video.

Pick the resize option and enter the aspect ratio you need (around 0.56:1).

Export the video and make sure it meets the Facebook and Instagram rules.

All you need to do is make a few small changes when setting up your ads. In the ad placement section, choose the main options, not the default ones. Then, just remove the video from the stream position.

When you're setting up your ad campaign, just go to the ad placement section and uncheck the in-stream video option.

I’d also suggest trying Adobe Premiere Pro for that. I also found Adobe Express a while ago and have been using it. It lets you change the video's aspect ratio for different platforms too (it’s mainly made for TikTok).

We’re a new company built by a skilled team with around 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Facebook ads. We’ve worked in tricky spaces like tech and online gaming, where smart ad strategy really matters.

What we can help with:

Fixing problems when your ads get blocked or your account is rejected.

Giving you smart advice to boost your results and get better performance.

Knowing how to handle ad tools like Business Manager, personal profiles, proxies, and all the rules that come with running Facebook ads.

We recently started our own team after working with a bigger group, but we already had everything we needed—tools, know-how, and a way of doing things that works. Now, we’re all about building strong, lasting partnerships with people who care about trust, steady results, and real support.

If you’re having trouble starting your ads or need a team to grow with, we’d love to help out and work together.

Alright, make sure everything’s written in English and follows the site’s rules. Also, I think something’s wrong with your bot. I haven’t asked for that kind of help, and I’m not looking for it either. Plus, you need the correct type of account to offer services here. If following simple steps is hard for you, it’s going to be tough for people to trust what you offer.

Did you check out apps like the fancy version of Canva or maybe InShot yet?

Hi there, glad you joined the group! Looks like you’re doing pretty well with getting your profile ready. Just a heads-up—if you made your Business Manager in a different country but you’re working from somewhere in Europe, Facebook might notice and get a little cautious. The smart move is to go slow at first. Don’t spend too much or run super strong ads right away. Also, double-check that nothing in your account looks weird or risky to Facebook.

When you have a new Business Manager, start by running small, simple ads that won’t cause any problems to help warm up your account. Slowly spend more money as your account earns trust. If you’re worried about your ads showing from Europe but your Business Manager is set in Vietnam, you might want to use a good quality proxy or VPN to make your location seem normal. Just don’t change it too fast or too much.

Another important thing is to make sure your ads and images look good, are clear, and follow Facebook’s rules. It’s a good idea to check everything carefully so you don’t get your ads blocked by mistake.

If you want to make things safer and easier, you can think about using an agency account that Facebook already trusts.

You could try using Canva for this. I believe even the free plan lets you change the size however you want.
